Hello, My Name is
Jason Funk and I want to personally thank
you for taking the time to get to know more about our
office.
While I played
college football I began having terrible sharp pain in
my shoulder and down my arm. I was told by our team
surgeon that I needed to have shoulder surgery. I have
to tell you I was very scared. I just felt I was too
young and healthy to need surgery. I also noticed my
friends who had had surgery were never quite the same
again. About that time I met a Chiropractor who
told me to stop into his office.

After some x-rays he told me the pain
in my shoulder and arm was actually due to trauma in my
neck. After receiving treatment from him, my pain
was relieved and
I have had a passion about chiropractic care ever since.
I grew up in
western Nebraska, attended Chadron State College and
then graduated as valedictorian from Parker College of
Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas. I’ve been in practice
for 8 years and have loved every minute of it.
After spending a few years practicing in Texas and
Georgia, I am very happy to be back in my home state or
Nebraska and am excited to have my own family practice
in Omaha. I had the awesome opportunity to work
in some of the most successful chiropractic offices in
the nation. I wanted to surround myself with the very
best doctors I could find and then bring that wealth of
knowledge back to Nebraska.
Outside of the
office I enjoy spending time with my wife Meggin and
daughter Eden. We love going to the zoo, taking walks,
reading, and seeing friends. I like getting involved
with the community. We often participate in health
fairs, I am in the Lions Club, and am actively involved
in our church. |
